THE POWER OF MEN

  
The Men's Ministry at Rancho Community Church is the place for you. We offer many different and unique groups, and events to simply attend, get connected in, commit your time to, or care for those in need. We always want to ensure we are moving in a purposeful direction in our lives and definitely in our spiritual lives as well.
  
To get connected with the Men's Ministry we have quite a few different ways.  
  

  

Once you begin to feel comfortable with the many other men that you are guaranteed to meet would love to have you step into a small group in our Men's Fraternity group or our Saturday Morning Bible Study. This will enable you to take your faith or walk that much farther with a group of men that truly care about you and wanting to help hold you accountable while you return those same items back to them.  

Getting men into serving others through many different avenues is the ultimate goal of our Men's Ministry. We want to train up men so that they are equipped and confident to go out and serve others. It may be your family, neighbor, co-worker, friend, people in our church or even people in our community. The Men's Ministry also has a group that does exactly that in our own church and community. The group is called Overhauling. This group helps individuals in our church family or in our community to do home projects that are necessary but they can't be performed by the recipient due to time, financial, or physical constraints. Our Overhauling group comes along side them and helps to complete the task as painfully as possible and gains the opportunity to show how much they care and desire to help.

Rancho Community Church Men's Ministry Vision Statement

The reality for most men is that we lead very busy lives.   Our relationships with other men are often shallow and seldom give us opportunities to build any depth with other men.  The men’s ministry is designed to connect with men wherever they are and give them various opportunities to hang out with other guys through sports, activities and events.  We also want to lead men to root their lives in the transforming power of Jesus Christ to strengthen our homes and each other.  We grow together in Christ through Bible Studies, Discipleship, and our annual men’s retreat.

Although we have structure, our men’s ministry is a vision for men living out their unique purpose for the Kingdom of God rather than a program.  Our desire is to see men transformed by instructing, encouraging, and exhorting each other to follow the Lord and fulfill their calling as men in their home, church and community.  We seek to live out the words in Hebrews 10:23-24 - Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
